What is the E-MOTO Project?
Accelerating the Deployment of Electric Motorcycles in Rwanda (E-MOTO) is a Government of Rwanda initiative implemented by BRD with the Rwanda Green Fund and funded by the Mitigation Action Facility.
The project expands access to electric motorcycles, charging infrastructure and finance by supporting manufacturers, asset financiers and participating financial institutions with risk-sharing and advisory services.
